The Chocolate balaclava is a handmade winter accessory, knitted from 77% alpaca and 23% mulberry silk using exactly the same process as our sweaters.

Why alpaca
Alpaca contains no lanolin, so it doesn't itch or irritate the skin, even in the most sensitive areas such as the face and neck. It is also a hypoallergenic fibre, a good choice for sensitive skin, and up to 5 times warmer than sheep's wool at a similar weight.

How to wear it
The ribbed knit sits close to the head, and the tie under the chin lets you adjust the fit to your liking. Deep brown goes with a classic wool coat as well as a sporty puffer jacket.

Care
Wash by hand in cool water up to 30°C with a gentle wool detergent. Dry flat, away from radiators and direct sunlight.
